Any idea on wikipage

As I am doing research in on-line discussion, I would need to
get an idea of wikipage. Is wikipage considered on-line learning?

Use of mind map in on-line discussion

I came across this site http://www.bubbl.us/ that helps students to incorporate
mind maps into their blogs or web pages. This sounds very interesting. This tool
would help them to remember their facts.
